| Jenny Horne is Broker in Charge
for Horne Realty, LLC. Jenny and her husband, Marc, founded
Horne Realty, LLC to provide personal service to their clients.
Jenny is a Lowcountry native and a graduate of the University
of South Carolina Honors College and the University of South
Carolina School of Law.

becoming BIC for Horne Realty, LLC. Jenny strives to ensure

Marc Horne is a native of Summerville,
South Carolina and has been in retail sales and management
since graduating from Charleston Southern University in 1993
with a degree in Business Management. Marc and his wife, Jenny,
founded Horne Realty, LLC to better serve their clients.
Marc specializes in residential markets
in the greater Summerville area but he is familiar with all
markets in the Tri-County area. Marc enjoys golfing at his
home course in Coosaw Creek. |

Julie Anderson joined Horne Realty with ten
years’ experience in retail sales and regional supervision
with Friedman’s Jewelers. Julie specializes in assisting
first time home buyers. Julie is a lifelong Lowcountry resident
and a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys playing sports.

| Jack DePodesta is the former co-owner
of a small business and has 35 years of experience in executive
sales positions. He and his wife, Donna, have three daughters
and four grandchildren. He has lived in South Carolina in Charleston
& Dorchester counties for 18 years and currently resides
in Summerville, SC. Jack is a
member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®.

A native of North Augusta, South Carolina, Amy can certainly
speak first hand about the joy of finding that sense of home.
"I first moved to Charleston in 2000 and in those 7 years
I feel like we've created a home for ourselves. From Summerville
to downtown Charleston, to the beach, to the beautiful towns
surrounding the city, I'm excited to call the Charleston area

Amy attended Lander University in the midlands
region of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing. There,
she excelled at sports, including varsity basketball. "Sports
have always been a big part of my life - from basketball and
volleyball through high school and college, to the soccer
league Tommy and I play in today! Having the team mentality
is important, because in the end, my clients and I are a team.
Understanding the needs and desires of my teammates, and working
together to fulfill those desires is the best way to victory
- in this case, a happy client and a successful home purchase
or sell!"
There are certainly a number of factors that
go into that successful home purchase or selling of a home,
but in the end it all comes down to relationships. "I

Nick Massarotto and family moved
to SC from Virginia over 2 years ago and is currently co-owner
of Snappys Hot Dogs with his son Chris. Nick has been in retail
sales and sales management for over 20 years helping new home
buyers insure their new homes and is looking forward to helping
people fulfil their dreams of owning a home. |

Dan
O'Donnell has lived in the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant area
for over 40 years. He started his career in sales after graduating
from The College of Charleston in 1983 with a degree in Business
Administration. Before joining Horne Realty, Dan was the General
Sales Manager for Palmetto Jaguar in Charleston and spent 17
years working with the Palmetto car and truck group.
Dan currently lives in Mt. Pleasant with his
wife Jody and two children, Lainey and Julia. He enjoys the
Lowcountry lifestyle, especially golfing, boating and relaxing
on the beautiful Charleston area beaches.
Dan specializes in residential sales, new construction
and real estate investments. He looks forward to putting his
years of sales and negotiating experience to work for you. |

ten years as a Finance and Insurance Manager as well as a
Residential Mortgage Consultant. Jennifer specializes in New
Construction and Residential Home sales. Jennifer’s
sales philosophy is that assisting a client in buying or selling
their home requires a Realtor who will listen to their needs
and concerns and work hard to accomplish client objectives.

from University of Florida in 1979 with a Bachelors of Science
degree in Business Management. He has over 23 years of professional
sales experience in the medical field with Dupont Pharmaceuticals
and General Electric Healthcare. Rich
and his wife, Liz, live in Coosaw Creek with their daughter,
Savannah, where they enjoy swimming, playing golf and boating
on the Low Country waterways.
